How do you charge your 18650 Lion-Cells ?

I do it like this:

— Old powersupply
— Old IDE harddrive with 2 LM7805
— Piece cable duct with Lion constant current charging circuit
— Packing material with drop rods and wires
= much fun with electronics and waste
